INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING: You will receive a 4 page high-quality PDF printable for printing at home or at your local copy shop. Page 1 is the template for the heart basket, page 2 is the template for the pillow box, page 3 is a full sheet of coordinating lip balm labels (with instructions) and page 4 is a full set of box assembly instructions with photos (see image #5). A bone folder is helpful when assembling your boxes, but not necessary. You will also need clear tape and a glue stick to assemble.

PRINTING TIPS: Print the box/basket templates on white card stock. Trim, score, fold and assemble as outlined in the instructions on page 4. For the lip balm labels, print on full sheet label paper or full sheet sticker paper. Full instructions for the lip balm labels are also included on Page 3. Printing the instruction page is optional.
