In fact, it's so widely known to aid in bone and joint injuries and pain, that Native Americans called comfrey "knit bone"! It's commonly found in pain-relieving creams, particularly those that target arthritis and is noted in some studies to be particularly effective for knee and back pain! I added frankincense and lavender to boost it's intense anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving qualities. Funny how herbs are called "alternative" - when they were ACTUALLY the original! HANDCRAFTED IN SMALL BATCHES:

My salves, infused oils, lotions, creams and scrubs are handcrafted in small batches using special (and proprietary) infusion processes that took me 6 years to develop! My goal is to move as much of the natural medicinal goodness as I can from the herbs into the oil... and the result is a whole line of salves that have been uniquely currated to be surprisingly effective! In our home, we grab a salve before we EVER pop a pill!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE? The shelf life of my salves is 1-2 years; however you'll enjoy the most medicinal benefit within the first year.
HOW MUCH SALVE SHOULD I USE? In general, consider using a "small glop" the size of a pump or two of lotion and apply over the affected area 2-3x daily as needed (use less if it's a tiny area, of course)! In general, a minor topical skin issue will use much less salve than a joint or muscle issue where you are massaging the salve in. See my website or check your product label for specific application recommendations.
ARE SALVES SAFE FOR BABIES & SENSITIVE SKIN? Many of my close friends and family use my salves on themselves and their families regularly with great success and confidence. Just like with ANY new skin care product, there is always a potential for allergies or irritation... so test a small area first before using regularly or on a larger area. If you have KNOWN allergies, take note of the ingredient list provided on each label. And, of course, discontinue use if any kind of reaction or irritation occurs. Salves with menthol crystals, camphor, peppermint and eucalyptus are NOT intended for young children and babies.
A NOTE ABOUT CONSISTENCY: Depending on the temperatures where you live, your salve will arrive with a general consistency between a neosporin-type oinment and a slightly firm vaseline. Softness of the salve will vary based on your particular climate and seasonal temperature. Since the salve contains beeswax, avoid leaving in a hot car or in the sun to prevent melting. Your tin will be shrink wrapped to prevent any dripping if it does happen to soften during transit. If melting does occur, simply put it in the refrigerator to return it to its normal consistency.

It has a green or yellow hue... will it stain? I've used these salves repeatedly and have never had any clothing stain. However... I probably wouldn't use it while in my wedding dress, and definitely don't send it through the laundry! {wink, wink!}

How can it not be good?!

Infused with Comfrey and Frankincense, it has to be good...and it is! Three out of five in my family have tried it and have found relief. I have psychotic (psyiatica but I prefer to call it psychotic) pain and it was almost instant relief.

Very soothing lotion! I use it whenever I feel my arthritis pain in my knees and ankles. The smell of the lotion is light and refreshing!

I love this salve for my sore shoulder after I have over used it. It instantly soothes the pain and the smell is wonderful and calming to me.

All I can say is thank you my husband is a stage 4 cancer patient with a tumor on his spine which is causing pain I tried this along with the hemp salve and it brought relief he even cut down on pain pills not taking as money we have tried so many things but this seems to do the trick he can actually walk without pain

Knees feeling better

Tried other products and they didn't work. This product is the real deal and since using it my knees feel soooo much better!

I bought this mainly for my daughter that has rheumatoid arthritis. The first time she used it, within 2 minutes she could feel a difference. She is on medication for her RA but it doesn't always work like it should. This helps take the edge off for her. I use it on the tops of my feet and I notice a difference.

Bone and Joint Salve

I love this bone and joint salve! I used it on my sore elbow and on my thumb. I rubbed it in right before I went to bed and by morning, my elbow and thumb were no longer sore. What a blessing!!

I've been using Bone and Joint for awhile on my knees and my left ankle. I went to the podiatrist for a new problem with my right foot. I told him I'd been using this salve on my left foot and it didn't hurt anymore. I pulled the tin from my purse and let him look at it. He read all of the ingredients and said, "I can see why this is working for you. Use it on your right foot and I think it will help you." And it has! I've been using it for about three weeks and I rarely have pain anymore. Much better than a steroid injection!
This has been an amazing product for our family. I keep this and other salves in a basket on our bathroom countertop so they are easy to access.

Fantastic Pain Reliever for Achy Joints and Bones
