SUGGESTIONS FOR USE: To make your planner perfect for your needs, I suggest previewing each of the pages included. Then, decide which and how many pages of each you will need. For example - the "Individual Gift Planner" is designed for tracking the gifts for one person. You may need one for each child + others that you do MORE comprehensive gifting for. The "Family Gift Planner" is another one you may want multiple of. It's use is perfect for tracking the gifts for one family... for example - I could use one sheet for my brother's family and another for my sister's family - or another for a Secret Santa Family. If you are a Grandparent, you could print one for each of your children's families. Or, you may not need this page at all and can omit. Another page you may need extra of is the "Christmas Card List". You might need to print one - or maybe you need ten! By taking a few extra minutes and thinking through how many you'll need of each page, you can make your planner ideal for you during the entire holiday season.

PRINTING OPTIONS: These pages are all designed in color - HOWEVER, if you prefer black/white printing... simply choose the "Print Grayscale" option when your "Print Properties" box pops up prior to printing. Each page is formatted and designed for 8x5x11 printing - HOWEVER, if you'd prefer creating a half size version - you can print "2 per Page" by choosing "Print Scaling" in your Print Properties. Assembling half-sized pages for your planner may take extra care and printing know-how, but it can be done if desired. You can also consult with your local print/copy store for additional options. Finally... don't forget to use your "double-sided" printing option!

BINDING/FINISHING OPTIONS: Once printed, you might simply just use your pages loosely as needed. You can also 3-hole punch and store in regular binder. Or... for MORE of a planner-style notebook, you can have it bound at your local copy shop. One last tip... after printing my covers, I laminated them before binding to increase overall durability.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR PENS... (Designed for Pentel RSVP) - It's simple! Just trim the strips, curl/roll and insert into pen tube (see graphics for picture tutorial).
